Many moons ago my mom was given this recipe by a coworker and it's been the go to recipe when there are overripe bananas around the house. It is just such a great flavor and texture. I am sure if you make it you will have a new go to recipe as well.
• • • • • Banana Nut Bread

You will need:
1 Stick of margarine
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Cups Flour
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
3 Large or 4 Small very ripe Bananas
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup of Nuts--optional
•Gather ingredients
• Combine ripe bananas and baking soda in a bowl
• Mash them until runny and very mushy
• Chop your nuts if you decide to use them. I used pecans.
• Cream margarine and sugar, then add the eggs and blend well. Add dry ingredients and combine well.
• Pour in mashed bananas
• After the bananas are mixed in add the nuts
• Pour batter into greased and floured loaf pans
