. . . Gorilla Bread . . .

Most people know about Monkey Bread but this takes it to the next level.  This one is Gorilla Bread and it's stuffed with cream cheese and cinnamon and sugar.  Delicious and so simple!

You will be a big hit when you serve this for breakfast or brunch.  It's my go to on Easter and Christmas Morning and any other special breakfast.

You will need:
2 Tubes of Buttermilk Biscuits from the fridge section
8 oz. Cream Cheese
Pecans
Sugar
Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
Butter

•  Gather Ingredients
• Mix your cinnamon and sugar together and set aside
• Chop pecans 
• Cut your cream cheese into 20 chunks

• Place butter and brown sugar in a saucepan
• Melt butter and brown sugar in saucepan
• Spray bundt pan with cooking spray and coat the bottom with nuts
• Flatten out your biscuits and put a little of the cinnamon and sugar mixture in each

 • Add a chunk of cream cheese to the center of the biscuit
• Fold biscuit around cream cheese
• Place in bundt pan on top of the nuts
• Pour some of the melted butter and brown sugar over the first layer of balls

 • Layer again
• Bake on 350 degress for 30 minutes
• Cover pan with plate and flip it over to have it fall out
• Scrape the pan pouring the remaining nuts over the bread

 Cool slightly and serve

  3. Oh,stuffed with cream cheese...Yumm! I like making Monkey Bread, but this will really surprise the family when they bite in to the cream cheese. Thanks for sharing!
