Chocolate Chip Pound Cake-The Easiest Recipe!

This Chocolate Chip Pound Cake was brought in last weekend when my Grandfather passed away.  A coworker of my mom's dropped it by and within just a couple hours it was gone (we did have alot of family in town but we went through it fast!).  I was lucky to get the recipe and I made two of them for after my Grandfather's funeral this past Saturday.  I was amazed how simple this recipe was and so delicious!  You must try it!

You Will Need:

1 yellow cake mix with pudding in mix
1 small Jello chocolate pudding
½ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup water
¾ cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs, beaten
1 - 8 oz. sour cream
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Bundt Pan sprayed with Pam for Baking
Preheat the oven to 325 Degrees
YOU DON'T NEED YOUR MIXER FOR THIS--ONLY USE A WIRE WHISK OR SPATULA

In bowl, combine cake mix, chocolate pudding and sugar. Mix to remove lumps. Add water, oil and eggs and mix well. Fold in sour cream and chocolate chips.

Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes to one hour until toothpick comes out clean or cake springs back. Cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes. Invert to plate and enjoy after cooling. You can sift confectioner's sugar over top to make it pretty.

Ingredients you need

Bundt Pan sprayed with Pam for Baking

Mix your cake mix, chocolate pudding and sugar together.

In a seperate bowl beat your 4 eggs then add to the cake mixture.

Stir in the sour cream

Add your chocolate chips and combine

Pour cake mix into prepared bundt pan

It's ready to bake

How yummy that looks right out of the oven.

Once you "dump" it onto a plate sprinkle with powdered sugar

You are ready to dig in!
