. . . CottonTail Crunch and Free Download . . .

Ok, you just knew I couldn't let a holiday pass by without making some sort of Bark.  Feel free to tell me just how annoying I am with my silly Dollar Store Jars and Bark Recipes for every occasion but they are both just so much fun to put a new twist on each time.

Sooo....here it is--CottonTail Crunch!  Makes the perfect gift for family, friends, teachers, neighbors, etc.  Plus add in the FREE CottonTail Crunch Tag Download that I am giving you and your Easter Treat is ready to go!  You can't get much easier than that.

Cotton Tail Crunch
To Make:
The best thing about bark is that you can use just about anything in it.  For this batch I used 1 package of white chocolate, some pink melting chocolate to add a pink look to the white chocolate, plain M&Ms and White Chocolate M&Ms that were leftover from the Cookie Sticks I made this week, Spring Oreos, Spring colored sprinkles and the BEST thing ever--Marshmallow Bits.  I used these not only for how good they are but to represent a bunny tail.

• Gather up your ingredients
• Grab these little dandies--Marshmallow Bits--and hide these from the kids because they can't resist them.  Ok, neither can mom but that is besides the point.
• Melt your chocolate

• Pour your melted chocolate into a cookie sheet (jelly roll pan)
• Add your toppings and press all of them in just a bit so it adheres to the chocolate
• Put the bark in the fridge to get it good and "hard" so it breaks nicely
• Once the bark is cold and solid use a table knife and start breaking it up
• Package it in something cute and use on of the FREE CottonTail Crunch Tags and you are ready to give a great Easter Gift!
