. . . CookieTimeTuesday-Nutella Cookies . . .

How can you possibly gone wrong with nuts and Nutella?  I don't know if you can because these cookies are amazing.  They are very addictive!  I made the mistake of not reading the recipe all the way through and started making these at 8:00 at night and then realized it said to chill for 4 hours or overnight so even though I was rushing to get these made I just couldn't bake them at midnight.  They definetely need to be chilled when you make them even though it may seem like the dough is too dry because once you start forming them into balls it warms right up and softens to be very pliable.

You will need:
 2 Cups Flour
¼ Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 Stick unsalted butter, softened
1 ½ Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Nutella
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Finely chopped peanuts or hazelnuts

• Gather ingredients
• Whisk dry ingredients together and set aside
• Cream butter and sugar
• Add eggs one at a time then add vanilla and nutella

• Add your flour mixture to the Nutella mixture and mix well
• Chill dough for at least 4 hours
• Roll chilled dough into balls and roll in nuts
• Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes
