. . . Cheesecake Cookies . . .

• • • WARNING--If you are dieting DO NOT scroll down! • • •

I L♥VE anything that involves cheesecake so when Delightfully Noted posted about National Cheesecake Day and mentioned these cookies I knew I would be making them for Cookie Time Tuesday!  The original recipe came from Heat Oven to 350.  She has a great blog with many yummy recipes.

Print Recipe HERE
You will need:
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 sticks butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 cans (20-ounce) cherry pie filling  I used one Blueberry and one Cherry

• Gather ingredients
• Mix sugar, cream cheese and butter together and mix well
• Add eggs and vanilla and mix well

• Add flour mixture to wet ingredients.
(I am baking at the beach so I didn't have my normal bowls so a big pan worked great)
• Refridgerate dough for at least 30 minutes then roll into balls and coat with graham cracker crumbs
• Use the back of a measuring spoon and make an indentation in the center of each ball
• Fill with pie filling

• Preheat the oven to 350
• Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
• They look so yummy coming out of the oven
• Get ready to taste a little piece of heaven!

Delicious
This recipe is for sure a keeper!!
