As my loyal followers know I love making any kind of Bark. It's the perfect thing for every holiday because you can customize it to wor for each one. I have made it for July 4th, Halloween etc. You get the point...it's a great thing to make for every occasion.
I wanted to make some "Leprechaun Crunch" for my son's teacher gifts. I gathered up some great "green" ingredients and made this yummy Leprechaun Crunch. Because I had mint items it gave the chocolate just the right "minty" flavor. Yum!
You will need:
White Chocolate for melting
Mint filled Oreos, broken up
Mint M&Ms or green M&Ms
Andes Mints, broken up
Pretzels, broken up
Sprinkles in the color of your choice
Leprechaun Hat Marshmallows from Lucky Charms Cereal

• Spread chocolate to coat the whole sheet or to the desired thickness you want to achieve
•Add all of your chopped up ingredients to the melted chocolate
• Press the ingredients into the chocolate. Let cool until hardened.
• Once the chocolate has cooled and hardened break it up into desired size pieces
• Serve and enjoy the compliments!

ReplyDeleteOkay, I just found this through TidyMom. It looks wonderful & easy. And I think I might have most of the stuff to make this, which would be great because I can make it in the next day or so & take it with us as a special treat for the robotics team who will be at competition on St Patrick's day! They'll love it!
