I am a bit of a jewelry fantatic! I just can't stand not to have it on and it's even better when I have the time to make my own. I have been making these button necklaces, yep buttons, and they are a huge hit!
I have given them out as gifts and they go over really well--even to people that don't wear jewelry that often. They are lightweight and you can really make them to match any outfit. I keep a container of buttons that come with clothing and I have quite a few fun colored buttons because of crafting and scrapping but I did buy a bunch of larger fun buttons from Wal Mart and then used up the freebie buttons I have here at home to add the coordinating color.

These are really cute. I see all kinds of really cool buttons I like, but could never think of anything good to make with them, so I don't buy them. But now, I will buy those cool buttons. Thank you for sharing.
