Once again I turned to For the Love of Cooking for a great cookie recipe. This recipe originally came from Martha Stewart but For the Love of Cooking made some adjustments and the cookies turned out beautifully! They are absolutely scrumptious--moist and chewy goodness!
You will need:
1 cup of flour
1 cup of flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup of butter, softened
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp white sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup of oats
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup of sweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup pecans pieces
• Gather ingredients
• Combine butter and sugars until creamy
• Add flour mixture slowly to the butter mixture until combined
• Add both kids of chocolate chips, coconut and pecan pieces
• Combine all the ingredients
• Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a Silpat or Parchment Paper lined cookie sheet
• Bake in a 350 degree oven
• Cool on a baking rack
ENJOY!
