My son and husband love Red Velvet Cake so when I saw this recipe I knew it was a must. I don't care of Red Velvet Cake but these Red Velvet Cake Mix Cookies are soft, moist and yummy. This recipe came from Whipperberry--you should for sure check out her blog.

You will Need:
1 Box of Red Velvet Cake Mix
1 Cup of All Purpose Flour
2 Sticks of softened butter or margarine
1 Large Egg
2 Cups White Chocolate Chips

Get your ingredients ready

Whip your softened butter until fluffy
Slowly add your flour and cake mix to the butter and mix well
Your dough is sort of thick and sticky
Add White Chocoloate chips to the dough
Mix up for about 1 minute or until the chips are well blended
Roll cookies into balls and place on baking sheet
Bake for 9 to 10 minutes
Cool on a cooling rack

These cookies look so great! They would be perfect for my son's next spirit day at school, their colors are red and white. I wanted to ask though, is that last picture a chalkboard painted plate?? If so, what a very cool idea!
