This is about the easiest dinner you can make and it takes great! It is always a big hit at our house. I know everyone likes a simple recipe!
Easy Chicken and Dumplings
3 Cans of Progresso Traditional Chicken Noodle Soup
1 to 2 Cans Chicken Broth (I usually use 2 because my guys like alot of broth)
1 Can of Grands Homestyle Biscuits
Gather your ingredients
Pour all the cans of soup and broth into a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil.
**It needs to be fairly large with enough space at the top.
This one is too full and I had to switch it to a bigger pot.
Quarter your biscuits
Drop your quartered biscuits into the boiling broth.
Reduce heat to simmer for about 20 minutes or until your biscuits are cooked through.
Ready to dish up into big bowls! YUMMY
If you have a super duper easy recipe I'd love to hear it! Nothing is better than a quick dinner that is healthy and yummy in the tummy.

ReplyDeleteI was blog hopping and came across your sweet blog. My best friend made this in college. It is so yummy! I'd never heard of it before that. Thanks for sharing the recipe! It sparked my memory. Great idea for an easy supper! My boys would love it!
Take care! Michelle
This looks really good and perfect for the kind of weather we've been having. I make crockpot version using crescent rolls for the dumplings. It's one of the most popular pages on my blog.
ReplyDeleteThanks ladies! I love the idea of the crock pot version!
