So I purchased some Tupperware Southwest Seasoning mix and wasn't sure what to do with it and had some crunched up tortilla chips and I had a lightbulb moment when I realized I could do a coated chicken. It was AWESOME! I just sort of dumped and didn't really measure but for the sake of those that don't like doing that I've put down measurements.
